Catering

Refreshments and lunch will be provided on the day. Please notify us of any dietary requirements when you register online.

Posters

Posters will be on display in the front foyer throughout the meeting from 9:30-17:00. Poster presenters are invited to hang their poster on their arrival and asked to remove their posters by 17:00. Posters will be displayed in the foyer downstairs.

Registration desk

Participants are required to go to the registration desk between 9:30 am to 9:50 am to pick up their name badge and program. The registration desk will only be open until 9:50 am. After this time, please speak to Professor Tim Birkhead or Dr Marie Attard should you require any assistance.

You can only attend the conference if you registered online. Please read the registration guidelines.

Program

An electronic copy of the full program and abstract book will be made available on the conference website once finalised. Registered attendees will also receive an A4 sheet of paper of the program on arrival.
